Winsolux Solar Window Films provides professional window film installation services, including:

• Solar Control Films: Heat and UV reduction window films for residential and commercial properties
• Privacy & Decorative Films: Films that enhance privacy while adding aesthetic appeal
• Security & Safety Films: Protective films that strengthen windows against impacts and break-ins
• Insulating Films: Energy-efficient films that help regulate indoor temperature

Service Areas

We provide services in the following locations:

• Toronto & Greater Toronto Area: Including North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, and surrounding areas
• Vancouver & Lower Mainland: Including surrounding areas in British Columbia

Service Process

Our service process typically includes:

1. Free consultation and property assessment

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change based on material costs, project complexity, and site conditions
• Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins
• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted

Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement
• We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers
• A deposit may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon completion and your satisfaction with the work
• Late payment charges may apply to overdue accounts

4. Warranties

Product Warranties

• Residential Films: Lifetime manufacturer warranty on film performance
• Commercial Films: Up to 10-year manufacturer warranty depending on product
• Warranties cover film adhesion, color stability, and performance specifications
• Manufacturer warranties are subject to proper maintenance and care

Installation Warranty

• We provide a 2-year warranty on installation workmanship
• Installation warranty covers defects in application and adhesion
• Warranty does not cover damage from external factors or misuse
• Warranty claims must be reported promptly upon discovery

Warranty Limitations

Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature, accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by others. Warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement at our discretion.

5. Property Access and Installation

Access Requirements

• You must provide safe and reasonable access to all work areas
• Clear access to windows and surrounding areas is required
• You are responsible for moving furniture and personal items as needed
• Adequate parking and workspace must be available for our team

Site Conditions

• Installation may be delayed due to weather conditions or site accessibility
• Additional charges may apply for difficult access or special requirements
• We reserve the right to refuse installation if conditions are unsafe
• Any pre-existing window damage must be disclosed before installation

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations
• You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from your negligence or misuse

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer Cancellation

• You may cancel your service agreement up to 48 hours before scheduled installation
• Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee
• Custom-ordered materials may not be refundable
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approved cancellation

Our Cancellation Rights

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Winsolux Solar Window Films or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

9. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably and efficiently:

• Initial disputes should be addressed directly with our customer service team
• If resolution cannot be reached, we encourage mediation before litigation
• Any legal proceedings must be initiated within one year of the dispute arising
• Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the province where services were provided

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province in which services are provided (Ontario for Toronto services, British Columbia for Vancouver services), without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
